Pharmacy Weight Loss Whithorn is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating from Whithorn, United Kingdom. All prescriptions issued through our service are generated by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or a qualified prescriber following a thorough online clinical assessment. No prescription will be issued without a completed and approved consultation.
Prescriptions are issued solely for the individual named patient and must not be shared or used by any other person. We retain the right to refuse, cancel, or adjust a prescription at clinical discretion. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not guaranteed.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely via encrypted third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details. In the event that a prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
Delivery timescales may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including postal disruption or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or tracked deliveries where required.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the nature of prescription medicines, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis where medication is received damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt in such circumstances. We do not accept returns of prescription medication for safety and regulatory reasons.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Whithorn are intended to support, not replace, advice from your GP or primary healthcare provider. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
